Very Good
Cleanliness was great, friendly staff. There was a small leak from a light in our bathroom but we had a new room within 10 minutes which was very good. This good review is for Threadneedle's staff resolving the issue quickly. Problems happen, it's about how a business handles issues.

nice hotel , lacks customer care
beautiful lobby with amazing glass dome and a outstanding semi spiral staircase breakfast was very good , bed was very comfortable
the shower became blocked and flooded the bathroom, staff came on and unblocked it but failed to clean the excess water up.as a result during the night I slipped on the floor and twisted my Knee. They should have cleaned up the spillage or offered us a different room. They did offer a bottle of wine after they unblocked the shower. You do not expect this sort of problem in a 5 star hotel .
