Dissatisfied and disappointed, most certainly not a 5 star experience
The hotel is in a really good location. I booked it for my parents, aunt and uncle while they were visiting me in London. The location was brilliant and the rooms clean.
Unfortunately, my parents, aunt and uncle were left waiting over an hour for their breakfast for it then to be served to them cold. My aunts bank card was over charged twice after departing despite no damage to the room and everything being left exactly as it was found. This was very upsetting for her as she is in her late 60’s and struggles to trust giving her bank details to anyone let alone an apparent reputable hotel. My father was also charged over €60 extra for paying in euros and not pounds, he was not advised this would be the case when he asked if it made a difference which currency he paid in. I really wanted them to enjoy a 5 star experience but unfortunately this is not at all what they received. Make sure to check all transactions, receipts and interactions with staff before paying. Really disappointing. The staff were not helpful when we expressed out concerns to them and told us they would need to ring the hotel to speak to a manager. Not good enough when you are paying £250 a night.

Everything was first class from the location and decor, service and comfort
There seemed to be a lack of dinner enthusiasm - no menus available, except for breakfast and room service. I think more could be made of the dinner offerings.
